In terms of features and quality, this camera delivers. The dual lens feature is amazing and you really miss it when you use other cameras that don't have this feature. The only issue we found was that while it has FTP, it is only based on motion or detection. It won't upload a snapshot at period times. They say this is by design, but it should still be a feature as virtually every other camera has it - including other cellular and solar cameras. Beyond that, amazing camera.

Pros- easy to set up, the footage clarity is decent, it does seem to record consistently, catches motion consistently,Cons- Solar panel is complete trash even with mostly clear days it barely charged the camera and eventually it died where I had to drive out two hours and had to install a hardwire outlet nearby, if you activate the camera to move with motion it will be very blurry footage. Connectivity is absolutely horrendous.Overal would NOT buy again. Seems like there's alternatives coming out now.

Very cell made. app is easy to use. I did not pay close enough attention to having the solar panel correctly orientated. But the app has a batter life and charge chart that let me know well in advance. I would buy another.

This security camera had been giving me lots of trouble after one month of purchase. Now it’s totally useless and doesn’t not work at all. Do not buy if you’re looking for long term security of your valuables. It’s not Canadian weather worthy as well. Currently I’m speaking to the current sellers and to no avail are they of any help.

I love Reolink products, I find their cameras to be superior than other brands and the app works really nice. My favorite part about these cameras are the tracking. Also, it’s equipped with a really nice feature. that you can choose if you want the camera to track people, pets, cars, and you can set up different alerts tailored to this function. When my phone gets an alert, it tells me what the motion is and I can open it up and it’s great to see it tracking right along with whatever it is. It’s really easy to install and get them up and running. The zoom feature is great for reading license, place or seeing a close-up of a face.

I’ve had this camera for a year now. Up until 4 days ago it worked flawlessly. Took me a couple days to realize I let the subscription on the SIM card expire. Back to working just as well as the day I bought it.

The camera seems to work ok after the amount of errors setting up. Couldn't figure out why it kept giving me a unstable internet error and wouldn't allow me to setup the Reolink app. After trying to go thru support , they weren't very helpful besides shooting me texts that I could of found on the Q&A myself. I used a Telus sim card, which on the Amazon site it states it can't be used and I asked support why would the other big companies Rogers and Bell are. They said Telus wasn't compatible. I checked the frequency bands of Telus to the Reolink lite camera and it was compatible... But everyone needs to know that the Telus Sim Card Can't be data only, It has to be a actual cell plan with text, voice and data. Once that was established it works , no thanks to support that did squat to help.

Camera itself is good and solid built and works fine until it stops working, either by not accepting the data sim card, or simply won’t turn on at all no matter what you do, I bought two cameras and both needed up not working, one is just dead and the other one I tried everything, resetting it multiple times, installed a new sim card which also didn’t work although same card worked just fine in another camera. Apart from this camera I previously had a smaller WiFi solar outdoor cam from Reolink and that died too after a year and half I guess. One last working unit is left, let’s see when that stops.

This security camera is easy to set up the quality is very good. There is not so much lag . I truly think the value for money is worth it and the picture quality is great for the outdoors.

Using the EIOTCLUB SIM cards, got great streaming in the city, but laggy in rural areas. Your experience will hinge entirely on how good or bad 4G and the APN is where you're using the TrackMix. It's not solely based on how many "bars", but also on how good the APN (4G access point) is in the area. In the city I got the same number of bars inside a house of plaster walls with metal lathing - streaming was smooth and latency low. In the rural area, outside with a cell tower about 2 miles away, I got the same number of bars, but streaming was jerky and high latency (20-30 seconds). I needed a camera that doesn't need grid power or land internet, to see what is happening during and after storms. The TrackMix has already proven itself in that scenario with Hurricane Debby. Make sure the solar panel is oriented as much to the sun as possible, and not completely shaded, and it will always have power. Artificial light will *not* be enough for the solar panel. The TrackMix is a great camera, but make sure it will work in your area for your use case before the return period expires.

I purchased this camera in June, 2023 for remote monitoring. The camera experienced a malfunction and failed to turn on. I contacted Reolink and they replaced the unit after walking me through a check list to see if the camera could be rebooted. Failing that, they replaced the camera. Thanks Reolink.

Using this camera to keep an eye on a remote piece of property located a few hours away. The motion tracking is exceptionally good (way better than I expected), the image is clear, and the video stable. I'm using a t-mobile prepaid SIM and at $10 for their 2gb plan, it's pretty affordable per camera. Set up was no muss no fuss - literally just popped a SIM and SD card in it, used the app to add it, and it was up and running. It hasn't fallen below 90% charge yet, even at night, and the build quality itself is pretty stout with the camera having a metal body. I do wish the mount for the camera itself wasn't plastic, but I've got it secured to a tree with some decking screws, so I don't anticipate anything being able to get to it.It's so good thus far, that I just ordered another one. I'll come back and update this review if anything changes for better or worse.*update - March 10, 2024*Added a second camera as previously noted, and they're both still working flawlessly. They've made it through the overcast West Virginia winter, and the battery life never fell below 80%. Snow, rain, wind, ice, and everything else winter could throw at them didn't seem to matter. There was one instance where ice had formed over the camera lens, but live viewing the camera and activating the built in LED light seemed to warm it up enough to melt the ice off within a matter of minutes. Overall, still pretty impressed. Like before, will update if anything else notable occurs, but for the time being they're still going strong.
