Purchased one and it arrived broken, loose wires and parts. I returned it and got a replacement. It arrived and after it was installed (correctly) it failedTo operate, it was defective.That's a pretty lousy track record. Especially for a fairly simple item. It is not the brand name, but a copy... Live and learn.
