I like the setup and function of this two zone irrigation timer, the separate zones allow me to water a flower garden that needs less frequent watering as well as a tomato garden that needs water nightly. I would have given it five stars if the threading on the water connections was metal, as it is you do need to be very careful not to mess up the plastic threads when attaching metal hoses. I still think it is a good unit and would recommend it as a solid choice.

Asi was screwing it on, with the sealing tape and everything, the bottom of the threaded cylinder came loose and started leaking. It was broken beyond repair.UPDATE: After buying a replacement device, it simply stopped working after less than a month. Not even the manual setting works now. I'll be returning this one too 😔

Works great for sprinklers or zone related drippers. But I do wish the manual feature was a bit more intuitive and easy. You have to press the manual function and then set a time you want. I put one side to a regular hose sometimes and would like an easier way to do just use the hose manually without setting a time. The build quality is plastic and I'm not sure how well it will hold up as a result over a long period of time. The timer and date settings are easy and it's like using a regular sprinkler system. Again, I would like a better and easier way to switch to a manual setting and a better build quality. It's just hard plastic.

works perfectly as advertised, I used it for drip irrigation system and it automatically waters my tomatoes when needed, only thing I can recommend is use lots of Teflon tape since the thread is made of plastic and can leak

After using them for over 20 years, I just realized that on the manual button it always comes up with a 10 and now I somehow accidentally got to hit the press button and now I don’t have to run them only 10 minutes. I can run them whatever I think they should be run. I had no idea.
