My job didn't provide me a replacement ear piece even though I physically can't hear without it so I bought my own hoping it would work for the RETC15, since it didn't mention that one on the description. Works perfectly fine, clear audio, but the actual piece that goes in the ear is just a TAD bit big for my small ears and caused cuts in my ear. It also conducts static easily so I find myself getting shocked often at my job.

The earpiece is of a good quality and C-Type ear hook is a good fit. The earpiece is better than the previous brand that I had used for the past couple of years..

I have to carry a walki-talki at work and the ear piece they provided was so uncomfortable with a plastic piece that sticks into your ear and falls out. i purchased this type and Retrevis BF-888S UV-SR from Amazon. They are both superior and work well and are more comfortable.
