Been holding back on a rotary phone purchase for a while, as was afraid to be disappointed by the color or quality of the phone. Glad I made this purchase as the color was very pleasant and the build of the phone was how I remembered it 45 years ago : the dialing was sturdy and the phone doesn’t feel like cheap plastic… 8 )

There is a problem with the handset on this model. Either it is not weighty enough or it does not fit securely enough into the base. If the phone is bumped slightly or the handset is not put down exactly right, it will be "off the hook" and your callers will get a busy signal even though it looks like it is in the correct position. I stopped using this phone because of this. A shame because it's a cute phone.
