I’ve had the phone for two weeks and the internal bell has come loose and just rattles around inside the casing. I can’t return it because I already threw away the box. I do like the bright yellow color although the phone itself looks like a child’s toy. I guess for my purposes it’s fine.

I'm 62 years old and I've played with many phones in my time. The first rotary phones had some weight to them and the touch tones had a lot going on inside them. It was fun to experiment and learn how they worked. I got this one to re-live those days. The components have changed inside this model but for the hobbies, the sky's the limit.

Grandson wanted an old type phone for Christmas. He loves it.

Much lighter and less well-made than in the 80s and 90s. It's cool though. I needed the "mint" blue; it's not normally my color but it called to me over the black, or the presidential "red phone" 😆. The updated features are ok. I bought it because I wanted a true rotary.

Phone is gorgeous, but I couldn’t get a dial tone on it.

The silver button you push when dialing numbers doesn’t work anymore.

It is always fun to watch a young person try to figure out the old rotary phones and so I wanted to have one around the house just to let my kids experience one. This one is a little more advanced than most rotary phones but you still get that classic feel of turning the dial and waiting for the dial to return to the home position. I do have this phone connected to my landline, however we rarely use the land line so not very many calls have been made on it. For now this is more of a fun conversation piece and it being bright yellow definitely lets everyone know it is there. In the end this would also make a great gift for that grand parent to remind them of the good old days =).

Unless you are 40 or older, this telephone may not make much sense for any real purpose. Products a fraction of this size (whether mobile or landline) can do hundreds of more things than this. However, this definitely is something to consider as a welcome home gift, something to give to someone for an office event, or an older adult who might have great memories with a phone like this. The phone itself is basic and the rotary function works. This is definitely something to consider more of as a display piece (bonus points if you can find a use for it by connecting it to a landline cable) for a home or office area.Overall, it's a product that will have guests talking when they come by your area at work or at home.
