Works well so far.I like the retro usefulness, though be aware it does not ring. That is still performed the the cell phone it is connected to.

This is awesome. So much easier that balancing a cell phone to your ear.

Id give this 2.5 stars if it allowed for the half. Connecting to my laptop was pretty easy. I have never connected anything via bluetooth before and that seemed pretty user friendly. We bought one of these as a test for zoom calls at my work. The issue is the head piece had audio but the microphone seemed faulty. Your computer will register this as a headset and not a phone so you will have to make sure that both audio and mic are set for it but even with this change no one could hear me talking, now could the "test microphone" function on my computer pick up sound. My guess is I got a faulty one that was 60% working.

Bluetooth feature is great. However build quality and performance could have been better. First of all, the charging port is 1st generation USB!!!! Not that this affects product functionality but in a world that is going USB C, the odd charging port means a dedicated cable is required. Another thing wrong with the handset is that the ear piece & microphone design is backwards (mentioned by others). Volume output on the earpiece is inadequate. Microphone clarity is poor to mediocre. Instruction manual is poorly written. As a novelty & toy, it suffices

These are great quality. They work great and connect well. I find the light blinks in error mode (rapidly red & blue) even though it's working fine. I found the way around this is to disable Bluetooth on my phone and manually reconnect from the phone ends it back to the slow blue flash. The order I enable them both affects it. I have received one upside down as another reviewer says. However, the battery life is great, people hear me fine, and I hear people easily. The reason I say be mindful of color is because I have gifted these to two people after I bought my original light blue color. I used one of their black items and it strongly affects the flashing LED's brightness in your eyes if you're using it in the dark. The blue allows a TON of light to flash through into my eyes to the point that I put electrical tape over it. The black versions did not let the light through the plastic, so they were much better as far as nothing blinding me while using.Overall, this is definitely worth the purchase!

I use this with my laptop at work instead of a headset because it hurts my ears after prolonged use. So I bought this vintage handset as a replacement. I works but it captures all the other noise in the office so the person on the other line has trouble hearing me at times

It works great but the fact that it was made upside down is an endless source of irritation. If you're even slightly obsessive buy something else

I needed a handset (not a headset) for my phone that I could carry around while keeping the phone in a backpack/pocket etc. So far, so good. It's as good as most inexpensive headsets, slightly cheaper (than most of them), and, to me, at least, a bit more convenient. One drawback is the size and shape: rather than peddle the product mainly for the "retro" crowd, one'd hope that they would come up with a product that's a bit smaller and more conveniently shaped, but this is not bad. I was a bit worried when people said the power cable is nonstandard, but this is not true--although it may well be another "retro" feature. It uses mini USB cable, which used to be the common USB cable before USB micro cables became common, but they are still fairly common and cheap. You'd wish that the product description would say what kind of USB charging cable it uses, though.
