Absolument incroyable, je suis très content de l’appli, la qualité est top et le fonctionnement super.Facile à paramétrer, il nettoie très bien, j’ai acheté le nettoyant officiel car on en met beaucoup moins que le autres dans la cuve à eau.L’aspiration est silencieuse, il va dans les coins et recoins, très efficace comparé à celui que nous avions avant.Le nettoyage avec les lavettes qui tourne est tout simplement fabuleux, c’est nickel, rien à dire.Sur les 2 tapis, il y en a un ou il a du mal à monter suivant le sens dans lequel il fait sa tournée, l’aspiration turbo est automatique sur le tapis, c’est top.

I am shook. I finally upgraded my old Roborock to this one and let me tell you! This thing is AWESOME!!!!! I will say I did a lot of research when I chose Roborock over all the other name brands and I will always choose it over the others. Now First: yes setup is super easy. And I didn’t sweep for a few days and I didn’t mop for even longer because I was just waiting on this thing to arrive (maybe 3 days because it got delayed). I have 3 wild kids and 2 shedding dogs that roll outside whenever possible (for dirtiness rating/reference) now I ran it ONCE the night I got it and i woke up to no issues with it have gotten stuck or anything like that which is typical for some, but the floors were actually clean considering how gross they were before it ran. I ran it again this morning after adjusting some of its many amazing features in the app and they look like no one lives here (for the moment). it cleans SOO GOOD. I don’t even see any back and forth streaks from the mop. AND the floor dries pretty fast after it goes over it, so it uses just enough water without soaking it too much or not enough. And you don’t have to worry about stepping in wetness or a kid or animal going through and tracking stuff through the just mopped area. This thing roboROCKS! Okay now, Some really cool features are that you can set it so the broom arm and mop arm extend out towards a wall or under furniture to get stuff out from the edge! You can set how often it goes back and cleans its mop heads so it’s not just dragging mud everywhere. It marks areas for you to check in your house for obstacles, so it’s not just won’t suck up toys OR dog poo!! (We had that problem once with the old one…not fun) This one will watch out for stuff like that (one setting lets you have it take pictures of the objects so you know what to look for/expect when hunting it down). Ok you can also drive it around while looking through ITS CAMERA! You can set which type of flooring is in each room so it knows how to clean it better AND with wood flooring you can set which direction the wood is going so that it runs along the seams, not against them (which I love). You will have to play around in the app but it’s SUPER user friendly and easy to find all these. I appreciate that it self empties and cleans because I have a lot of floor area and I always had to pause the cleaning to empty the dustbin at least 3 times on the old one and I don’t have to worry about that At all with this! I attached photos of my floor plan from the app, it also tracks dirtiness level of floors which you can set to have it automatically wash itself and then go back over. Also pictures of my floor type, some is a deep grooves tile and this thing still does a great job and cleaning them. I couldn’t keep up on these floors alone! This thing is a savior!

Amazing robot. I've had 5 different robots now and this one is by far the best. It never has issues and does such an amazing job.

Tengo lastimada la espalda baja desde hace años y no puedo trapear xq termino en cama por dos días tomando desinflamantes y decidí comprar un robot q me ayudara con la tarea y pensé q si ya iba a hacer el gasto q fuera el más completo así q me decidí x este y debo decir q esto más q fascinada. La primera vez q lo probamos, mi esposo barrió y trapo la planta baja de la casa y después pusimos al robot, pues nos quedamos asombrados de q en el contenedor de basura, había polvo y basuritas y como lo grabé de cerca pude ver como aspiraba polvo debajo de los muebles, así que desde entonces no trapeamos ni baremos y mi casa siempre limpia! Definitivamente lo recomiendo!!

This machine is great. I clean a 3 bed 2 bath airbnb twice a week average. Nice vinyl planking and 7 area rugs, no thresholds. 1350 sq ft. I ordered it and the Saros 10R and received the Qrevo first. Qrevo didn't get everything but man it did a really nice job right off the bat and it did a slightly better job overall than the Saros when it came.Not because it's better, just because it's the right bot for my space. It has a better battery life a turnover type clean and more water storage (looks like). Even if the Saros got under the couches I think the extra jazz is only good if you have thresholds and want poop and toy avoidance type qualities and also it seems like it has more AI learning capability. Im telling my bot where to go exactly when I want it thereProbably as good or better than you could expect from a housecleaner in a properly prepared space. I make my place perfect for guests because its just me cleaning and running the business, so for an airbnb with my floors I think it turns my 25 minute vacuum and 20 minute mop into a 5 minute vacuum and a couple of spot wipes and the floor is clean everywhere. Every time I dump out the dirty water tank it's dirty. If you run your own STR get this thing! Even for you r cleaner to have an easier time doing it solo. I know it replaces jobs so sue me. It has everything you want and not the things that are better for a parent or dog owner who doesnt want to clear the floor before dispersing the machine.

Soddisfatti, se si hanno animali in casa e si vuole avere il pavimento sempre pulito senza troppa fatica è fantastico, io ho 3tipi di pavimento diversi e su tutti fa un buon lavoro, tappeti compresi, in questo modo ora passo il pavimento con il mocio solo 1 volta ogni tanto per disinfettare, veramente fantastico!Punti negativi (pochi a mio avviso)-non passa in mezzo alle sedie, quindi solitamente ne alzo almeno due,-quando gli si da il comando vocale “roky pulisci qui” a volte non ti trova e non pulisce precisamente il punti, ma la prende larga,-Alcuni tappetini li sposta completamente (tipo quelli della camera da letto, o bagno)Queste sono le uniche cose che mi sento di dire, per il resto tutto perfetto!!!

I don’t often write reviews but this vacuum/mop has just been awesome. Setup was a breeze, it mapped the house in minutes vs how long our old Roomba took to do the same. The LiDAR on the top really makes a huge difference. No slamming into things (or even soft bumping). In terms of day to day usage, it really does an incredible job. We have found we don’t need to bring our maid in nearly as frequently to clean the floors. It handles the vac and mop daily and our floors have never looked better. Even our friends and family have commented about how much better they look. We used to have paw prints and hair start to show up within a day or two of cleaning, now we just run this thing daily. The swiffer and Dyson have really not been needed other than in small crevices where the vac cant fit. The AI planning seems pretty smart about deciding what to clean, what order, and how much to clean. If you want, however, you can customize every detail of the run on a room by room basis (great if you want to make a deep clean run). The edge cleaning on the mop helps get it in tough corners and make all the floors look great. We did purchase the Roborock branded soap to go with it, which is the only soap they “allow” to keep your warranty valid. Granted higher price for soap, but at the point that you’re investing this in a robot vacuum you probably should get the right soap. Anyways, overall couldn’t really recommend this thing more. Has saved us a serious amount of time and effort keeping floors clean and makes a noticeable difference on day 1.

Después de haber sido usuario de un par de modelos del fabricante Roborock (S50 y S5 Max) los cuales aún funcionan perfectamente me he decidido a adquirir una evolución "considerable" en este caso de gama alta, pues han pasados unos añitos y están evolucionando muchísimo, en este caso el modelo Q Revo Master y los dispositivos antiguos cederlos a familiares, pues en todos estos años no han tenido ningún problema mecánico, cosa que se agradece y mucho.Como puntos a destacar puedo considerar:·La construcción del mismo, se ve un robot bien ensamblado y fuerte, y su facilidad para montar piezas y cambiarlas es muy fácil como siempre ha sido en esta marca.·La inteligencia del mismo y el avance en la realización de mapas, habitaciones, fregado, aspirado, etc… las opciones son múltiples y tanto la app como las funciones que permite hacen de este robot que sea multiconfigurable en muchos aspectos, adaptándose a todas las situaciones posibles de cualquier hogar.·Gran cantidad de sensores tanto de detección de obstáculos, detección de alfombras, levantamiento de mopas en caso de aspirar alfombras, etc…·Autonomía del mismo, llenas el deposito de agua y te olvidas, es uno de los aspectos que destaco pues en los otros dispositivos tenia que estar vaciando depósitos en pocos días para que tuviera la máxima capacidad de succión, este va sobrado en este aspecto y aun así hace que le dediques menos tiempo tanto por el vaciado como por la limpieza de las mopas. El desmontaje para limpiar la base de mopas me ha parecido genial pues es muy sencillo y fácil.·A destacar algo que no sabía cuando lo adquirí, y me di cuenta al leer una pegatina que lleva unas cuchillas para eliminar el pelo que se enreda en los rodillos. Parecen estar ocultas y salen cuando se precisa.·Como siempre el tema de los recambios es de fácil adquisición y a un precio correcto.Como puntos negativos (aunque no interfieren en su funcionamiento) lo que pude ver por ahora:·La conexión al dispositivo con el Router Wifi es 2,4 Ghz, ya estas alturas podía venir a 5 Ghz, no es ningún problema pero se hubiera agradecido dicha opción.·El depósito de polvo es muy pequeño, si lo comparamos con el del S50 o S5 Max claro, pero con la base no hay ningún problema en este aspecto, solo que me pareció muy pequeño en la primera impresión.
