Since I have to pay a lot for appliances like this, I judge them by how much I actually have to think about them in my day-to-day life. My previous mop/vacuum was a Eufy X9 Pro. That vacuum needed constant maintenance. It got tangles in the brushes and rollers if you just blinked at it. It was supposed to be saving me time, not costing it. Eventually, one of the sensors stopped working, and it took a tumble down the stairs. That led me to do my research and purchase this model. The difference is night and day. This thing is a joy to own. It’s plug-in play set it and forget it. Keep your notifications turned on and it’ll let you know when there’s an issue or when you need to replace a part. The tangle-free promise is 100% true. It comes with a detergent cartridge that you can choose to pay for or leave out. The dirt is automatically emptied out of the dust bin into a bag, which takes some time to fill up. I really wanted to give this 4 1/2 stars, taking a half star off for the user interface. That was a little confusing, but once I got around that, this thing is near perfect and worth every penny

UPDATE 5.28.25: New unit arrived. Narwal has been very communicative and have taken my complaints seriously. So far, everything is working as it should. Both Narwal and I chaulk it up to miscommunication. Thank you Narwal for assisting and stepping up!UPDATE: 5.8.2025 - Hopefully good news. I spoke with a Narwal manager this morning and it seems to be a mix up in communications. They apologized and said its truly a replacement and to send the unit directly to them rather than Amazon return. They provided a shipping label and asked that I ship the entire unit back. Once they receive it, they will issue me a new unit. So I have updated my ratings from 1 star to 3 star. I am hoping it will go smoothly and I will update again. It sounds like they are stepping up. If so, and once everything is completed, it may turn out to be 5 star. Crossing my fingers.So I paid the 29.00 preorder to get the 330.00 coupon. I got the system but it was damaged upon arrival. There were scratches, scuffs, and a hairline tear on the unit. After an initial email from Narwal, they were going to send a replacement. Then they followed up with subsequent emails asking for photos, then serial number and came back and wanted me to send in the entire unit for service. They will not replace but rather service a new unit. I am so frustrated that I am returning it through Amazon. I will lose the 29.00 for the preorder fee. But to have a brand new unit to be serviced rather than replaced is unacceptable to me. Terrible customer service for such an expensive machine.

Really enjoying my Narwhal! It is definitely making my life a lot easier so far. It is currently shedding season, and if you own a Husky, you understand the struggle, and my Narwhal is doing amazing with the hair clean up!Setting it up was super easy, it mapped my rooms relatively well. I rearranged some furniture, after the Narwhals next cleaning task it sent me a notification to remap the room for me as it noticed some changes.Overall very impressed with the product and very happy with how much time it saves me! :)

It's as good at cleaning as my Freo Z Ultra (the high-end model) but much more affordable. We have four dogs, and this handles pet fur without a problem.I would suggest running it on a daily schedule, and if you have a large area, break it down into separate schedules, as this will prevent the bin from filling mid-cycle (it doesn't seem to notice, and it tries to keep cleaning, but nothing gets picked up).It has a lower-tech version of the object detection from the top-end model, so only time will tell if that's an issue, but my 3-week experience is excellent. I'm optimistic it is as exceptional as the Freo Z Ultra.Overall, it has exceeded my expectations.

2nd Day having this robot, so far so good. my floor is now clean and tidy even my two dogs running around..LOL! I bought three robot last years and none of it works well. This Robot is very expensive but so far I think it worth and I am happy with it. Heard that their customer services is not good, I hope I don't need to contact them. I didn't give a 5 star as 1 star is reserve for the customer services...

I bought the Narwal Freo Z10 and couldn’t be happier with it! For the price, this vacuum delivers incredible performance—honestly better than some of the more expensive brands I’ve used. It picks up even the tiniest particles, leaving my floors spotless.The white color looks sleek and modern, and it’s surprisingly cute too! Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. It’s made daily cleaning so much easier.My only wish? That I had three of them—one for each floor of my home! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a powerful, affordable, and stylish robot vacuum.

Very impressed with my Freo Z10. We have 2 dogs and a cat. A Golden Retriever, a short haired Whippet, and an American Shorthair. We used to ALWAYS have dog hair tumble weeds around or house and constantly had dirt from the dogs going in and out all day. Our front sitting room also has a large area rug. This is all to say that I was VERY skeptical about whether the Z10 would be up for the challenge. I have been pleasantly surprised.The setup was extremely easy. No major parts to have to figure out how they went together. The app has been intuitive so far and I haven't had any issues programing the schedule.The bot is very good at notifying me when there is an issue. The only two "issues" I've had were the rubber detangler needed emptying (this was during our first ever vacuum and there was apparently a lot of golden retriever hair still on the floor after I thought I pre-swept) and to change out the water tanks (again, during the first cleaning and the AI rightfully decided that it needed to re-mop some spots and ended up using more water.) Since that first cleaning I have had zero notifications from the machine other than to say it was starting and stopping. We have ours set to sweep every other day and mop twice a week. Have had perfectly clean floors since.

I recently purchased a Narwal robot vacuum during their Early Bird offer. Although my first package got lost through Amazon shipping and the coupon expired, Narwal’s customer service was incredibly helpful. They provided me with a new coupon, and I was able to complete my purchase without any hassle—great customer support!I bought this unit for my new 800 sq. ft. apartment, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The robot detected a surprising amount of dust and soil on the first run, but the end result after vacuuming and mopping was fantastic. It handled both hardwood and carpet areas perfectly, thanks to its smart AI system that recognizes different floor types and adjusts its cleaning mode accordingly.One standout feature is how the robot returns to its base to wash the mop after finishing each section before moving on. This ensures a consistently clean result throughout the space. The noise level is also quite low, and after the initial deep clean (which took about two hours), the machine now finishes the job much faster by adapting to the actual level of dirt in the apartment.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend the Narwal robot for anyone looking for a smart, efficient, and reliable cleaning assistant.
