Worked great for a week or so and then just stopped. Customer service is appalling. Not worth it until the technology has matured, or at least becomes reliable.

Very much an early access product, the company is uncontactable, i'll be calling their whatsapp tonight around midnight because they're based in Hong Kong. After a Litany of problems from demanding that it drive itself into a ditch repeatedly and a skirt that causes it to become High centered constantly it has been stolen. It stands mentioning that if it Powers down in the middle of the yard it can't very well make a lot of beeping sounds when it leaves the yard rendering the theft prevention useless. I don't have any reason to believe that I will be getting my unit back and so for that reason I will be buying another unit now the question becomes do I have to Fork out for an entire another rtk and charging station or can I just buy a replacement mower? I'm still trying to figure out how to contact the company, their support systems have been down for over a week now. Trying to reach out on social media. A software patch could fix a lot but my next RTK will have a tracker in it even if i have to get one aftermarket and install it myself. That and 100s of other obvious improvements I don't get paid to point out are just on the tip of my toung but without viable contact it's moot.

All good, except my front yard and my back yard is connected by a narrow alley, I programmed the robot how to walk through it, but on it's way back, its trying to take a short cut by climb up the house, lol. I had to do manual control to let it go back to charging station at the backyard. Mabye future software can make robot not to take a short cut rather follow the path I taught it.Another issue is that my genie 1000, it says it can mown 2000 square meters with one charge, but in reality after only mown 150 square meters and the battery is already near 20%.
