The worst robotic vacuum encounter. Very unsatisfied costumer, this thing does not clean at all. My mistake to trust reviewers, and not doing more research, like I always do. This vacuum has not suction, message for getting stock that not really happens, the map was created the first day but this thing has his own schedule, horrendous. Worst is that I cannot return it because I missed the month stablish for that. Well, my bad.

I've had this robot vacuum and mop combo for a month, and I absolutely love it! The LiDAR navigation is incredibly precise, allowing it to map my home accurately and clean efficiently without missing spots. The ultra-slim design is a game-changer—it easily fits under sofas and low furniture, reaching areas my old vacuum never could.The suction power is outstanding (9000Pa!), effortlessly picking up pet hair, dust, and crumbs from both hard floors and carpets. The 2-in-1 vacuum and mop feature is super convenient, leaving my floors spotless with adjustable water levels for customized cleaning. Plus, the long battery life (200 minutes!) means it can clean my entire home on a single charge.I also love the smart app control, which lets me set cleaning schedules, create no-go zones, and even store multiple floor maps—perfect for my multi-level home. The fact that it auto-recharges and resumes cleaning is a huge plus!If you're looking for a powerful, reliable, and easy-to-use robotic vacuum, this one is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We have used our DL30 robot vacuum for about a month and have been impressed with it. Our old Roborock E25 robot vacuum gave us five years of service before it recently quit and the advance in technology from that robot to our new DL30 is great. The ability to now map and clean specific rooms in our house rather than giving the robot "free range" over the entire floor plan is very helpful. LIDAR mapping and navigation work better and more efficiently that older technology. We did not want the larger footprint and complexity of an auto-empty charging stations and have found emptying of the dust bin to be easy and straight forward. The filter is two stage with a foam layer in front of the pleated filter, keeping the pleated filter clean and allowing easy and quick emptying of the contents of the bin without the need to clean the filter on each occasion as I did with my old robot.One of the best things about the DL30 is its smaller size. We had ordered another brand, but when it would not fit under our couch and cabinet toe-kicks, we returned it and purchased the DL30. At less then 3 inches tall the DL30 fits (and cleans) where other robots can't. It is also a little narrower than most other robot vacuums and easily navigates between the rear legs of our kitchen chairs where the returned robot would not fit.I have not tried the mopping function, but I would not expect it to be any better or worse than other non-spinning mop attachments. It does use a pump to deliver water to the pad rather than just gravity feed as on some entry level machines, but I believe one should temper your expectations of mopping performance for any robot that is simply moving a wet pad once over the floor.Overall, I give the DL30 vacuum five stars, It is easy to use and performs well. For its price point, it is an unquestionable value, and its slightly smaller size allows it to fit into and clean areas that nearly all other robot vacuums will not.

I have an expensive robot vacuum upstairs. This is my economy vacuum for downstairs. The vacuum is a "DL30" which is sold under various brands. I believe overall this one will keep the carpets and floors almost as clean as the expensive one. I've run it four times now and it did a great job. I'm happy with it but there are a few things the expensive vacuum does better.1. The App: The app will do what you need done, but it's awkward and runs poorly. It has crashed a number of times and isn't nearly as good as my other vacuum's. It can be frustrating.2. Mopping. The Vacuum just drags the mop over the surface. There is no spinning or oscillating. If you have the vacuum set for carpet and floors, the mop will continue to operate over your carpet spreading a thin film of water on the surface. I don't think this will matter in the long run though.3. Support and the Manual: The manual is written in fair English, but still it is not very good and often gives confusing, or different information than the vacuums description on Amazon. For example it says to put something in front of stairs to block the vacuum, yet in the description it has sensors to prevent it from falling down the stairs. The only support is an email address you can send questions to.4. It's not quite as good at avoiding obstacles as my expensive vacuum. It does not have sensors for electric cords. The first few times you run it you will find out if there are items on your floor that are going to be a problem. It only got stuck a couple of times and I was able to make adjustments. You can also map out no-go zones in the app to avoid problems you can't otherwise remedy.5. The dust bin is smaller by about 1/3 which could be a problem if a floor has not been vacuumed in a while. For sure the bin needs to be emptied each time.In summary I would definitely recommend it. With it's smart mapping and features it will keep your floors just about as tidy as the pricey models. For an inexpensive robot vacuum it is a 5 star.

This is an excellent mop/vacuum with long run time. The app is very intuitive and you can create schedules which makes it easy and all you have to do is empty or add cleaning solution. The navigation is precise and it's mapped out on the application. It's a slim unit and navigates easily under furniture, and the suction power of 9000Pa is the highest compared to other vacuums in the same price range. The price is very good compared to some of the name brand combo units than are priced 2-3x.
