This is a horrible waste of money! The strap ripped away from the pillow the second day it was in my car. Also it is tiny and THIN. Don't waste your money.

I was using a folded towel because the lumbar support just wasn’t helping me. I need support a bit higher on my back. Weird? Probably. But this is perfect! I can adjust the position easily, and it’s the perfect firmness. It isn’t too thick, either. Others I tried made driving even more uncomfortable. Great if you need just little more support.

The size and fabric are great, but the padding inside is barely noticeable when I lean on it in the car, and I only weigh 135#. Will have to add some of my own padding.

While, as others have mentioned, there's not a lot of support in this, its just right for me. I like the fact that it hangs down so I don't have to continually be fiddling with it to get it high enough on my back. Also, it's easily pushed aside if I really want the full seat warmer effect.

I am 6’ 1” and 300lbs and while it is supportive minimally, it is not supportive enough for my back. The pad is thin and compresses too easily in my opinion to be of much use. The ability to adjust the height was useful in finding the right position for me and the ability to easily store it out of the way for other drivers is convenient.

Comfortable and not overly bulky like some. Easy to shift to the position of your choosing.
