Read the instructions and it is an easy fix. Also, you need to push the hose back into the faucet neck so I would suggest using a string to the hose so you can pull it back wonce you replace the magnet.

Ordered a 3 pack of faucet attachment rings and the first one was defective. The metal ring immediately separated from the plastic holder. Trying the second but not great quality assurance or craftsmanship.

Two of the magnets came detached from the plastic retainer. The third magnet worked fine but I do not anticipate it lasting very long. It’s not a complex solution so I intend on repairing myself to avoid the inconvenience of a return.
