Not exactly same specs as the original Broan fan but well and is quiet. Plug & play replacement that was quickly shipped.

This is a very quiet fan… it seems to work pretty well, but moves less air than the original.When I opened the box, it seemed to be missing the Nylock castle nut and washer that was used by the original fan supplier. Turns out that this supplier uses a standard nut and lockwaser… you will find them under the rubber vibration dampers. It seems like they are holding the motor together- but you have to disassemble themvto mount the fan.The supplier provides zero documentation so I didn’t find them until I requested a replacement (for lack of the washer and nut shown invthe add as coming separately from the motor). The replacement was the same as the first one sent so I took the chance to disassemble thevnut and washer from the motor and used it to mount the fan and that worked…

We looked everywhere for this replacement, Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards but no one had exactly what we needed. But Amazon did!!! It was exactly what we wanted. It fit perfectly and runs sooo quietly!!! It’s perfect.
