QC is non existent and the bass was unplayable out of the box. had to take it in to a luthier to get setup and repaired, specifically the nut, which A and D string didn't even fit into the notch. out of box.. no way a person actually looked to see if this bass was playable. but the parts alone, make this bass a good value. After spending $203 to get the work done it is now a very playable and decent instrument. Gig bag is cheap garbage. Fishman pickups are good. The pots are trash. wilkinson hardware is great for budget hardware.
