I used it to run my power cord for my talon shallow water anchor on my fiberglass hull. I made a gasket out of tire tube material to go in between.

Well machined and no complaints. It could have included screws to mount. The product was as described but when installing I found the 1 1/4" flange screw pattern a little too close to the feed through hole.
