works great - we now can control lights, heated rug mat in the living room so nothing gets left on and the lights can be turned on and off when not home

Terrible product! They seem to work fine at first, but then started disconnecting every so many days, anywhere from 10 Days to 3 weeks, and they do it all too often! When they disconnect, they stop working completely, you can’t turn them on or off except by manually pushing the button on each device. We already have a device that does that, it’s called a “light switch!”I found a fix but it involves unplugging the Alexa Device they’re connect through, then unplugging every switch, after that, most times they’ll reconnect, but not always! There have been times I had to delete them completely, reset each device, then reconnect and add them manually to all my rooms & groups! What a pain! I decided to throw them all away and replace them with Eighttree, which doesn’t seem to have this issue! Do yourself a favor, don’t buy these! They’re big, bulky, and stop working at random intervals! Contrary to what the box says, they’re not “Smart;” in fact, they are more on the “Dumb” side!

Great Smart Plugs, so very easy to set-up, I was amazed. Ask Alexa to discover and voilà, rename to your liking and you're set! Sengled is my number one favourite brand now for smart home devices. Great prices...and I got them on Prime Day, and got even better savings. These and the Smart Bulbs run on a Bluetooth mesh, so no overtaxed wifi, bonus! Recommended for those with Amazon Alexa.

I had 3 plugs set up in outlets. Last week they stopped working. Here is the REAL way to fix and re-discover through Alexa and NOT the Sengled Home app or its new Sengled Bluetooth app. Neither will work!1) Reset your switch by holding for 5 seconds and you will see the purple light blink 5x times. Hold for 8-15 seconds for a hard reset. I tried that, too.2) Ask Alexa to “Discover Devices”3) Go into your Phone Settings > Alexa App4) Toggle OFF “Bluetooth” and “Local Network”5) Go back to Setting page6) Return to Phone Settings > Alexa App7) Turn ON “Bluetooth” and “Local Network”Alexa should discover the plug now. It took me an hour to figure this out. Hopefully it’ll help y’all.Overall, they do the job but the setup is atrocious and not easy whatsoever. Still 4-stars.

They work directly with alexa, no senglend needed, however, the regular sengled app doesn't work, you have to download the sengled bluetooth app, which has very little functionality.

I've had them for well over a year and have had no issues with them at all. I use them in conjunction with my Echo Dots to turn lights on and off.

Alexa likes these things, I plugged lamps into mine, if the hydro flickers or goes off she finds them again all by herself.i had GE ones before, they were a struggle, when i got these Alexa friendly ones i gave the GE ones to the girlfriend for her goolge nest, now shes struggling with them...lolthese ones tho..not an ounce of trouble in a year

I previously Bought a zigbee socket that burnt out on me because it was attached to a desk heater that drew too much power (even though it was rated for that voltage). So with this one I was super skeptical. But it actually works really well! Easy to connect to HA and it’s built very sturdy. Handles high voltage well and I can actually fit something in the other socket!

I now have the T-Mobile Home Internet. This is 5Ghz and my Echo Dot Alexa stopped recognizing my 2.4Ghz smart plugs.I ordered a Broadline 5Ghz plug from Amazon and had to send it back after trying a dozen times to get my Echo Dot Alexa to recognize it. I finally bought a Sengled Bluetooth Smart Plug Compatible with Alexa. Plugged it in, told Alexa to 'discover device'. In about a minute later Alexa told me she found the device (called it a 'switch' rather than a plug). Alexa then told me how to use it. After I plugged my lamp into the device and turned on the lamp, I told Alexa to 'turn off the switch'. It turned off! I then told Alexa to 'turn on the switch'. It turned on.I then changed the name to 'Plug' via the Alexa app, to be the same as my deleted 2.4 plug. Remember, this Sengled device attaches to the Echo via Bluetooth, not the internet; so, you need to be within Bluetooth distance, less than 30 feet or so. Very cool, very easy to install and very highly rated by me!!

Ohm’s Law says: P=IEWhere P = power in watts, I = current in amperes, and E = voltage in volts. When looking for a smart plug, that can handle a “heavy duty” appliance (first picture); it is important that you choose a plug that has an OUTPUT CAPACITY of 1,800 watts. The Sengled smart plug meets that requirement.Ohm’s Law: 1,800 watts = 15 amperes * 120 voltsALL smart plugs are rated ON THE WALL OUTLET SIDE for 15 amperes at 120 volts, but not many are rated for the full 1,800 watts on the controlled outlet side. Not only is this smart plug compact; so is the packaging it comes in (second picture). All six sides of the box have printed information! And for the most part, setup is literally a “plug and play” experience (it’s SmartThings certified); so long as you don’t get excited, and just “plug it in,” before being prompted to by your Zigbee hub integration procedure. If you need to reinitialize the plug, simply hold the power button for 10 seconds, while the unit is plugged in. Also, DO NOT plug any appliances into the smart plug, until AFTER it has been paired to your Zigbee hub.

Compra recomendada.
