This reads 6mph faster than my cell phone gps at 75mph.Large bright display takes about 1 minute to acquire gps and start to display speed.

This is a great concept, poorly executed. I needed a speedo for an older V8 swap car with a cable drive speedo but no longer had the cable from the transmission. I tried this in hopes that it would provide me with a decent option. Bottom line I think this sucks so bad that I literally threw it in the trash vs trying to return it. It took up to 4 minutes simply to come on line each time. There seemed to be no location memory because it had to apparently acquire satellites each time. I could get in, start the car, buckle the safety harness (takes longer than a regular seatbelt), drive to the gas station or convenience store a few miles from my house and it still wasn't working. Would also take a long time to update the speed, hit a stop sign, make a turn, and you're up to 60 or so and the speedo still says some random number like 35-45, trees seemed to get in the way and it was sketchy all around. Just junk, straight into the dumpster, do not recommend

Works exactly as described. Double checked it against the gps on my phone. Cheaper solution instead of paying for the truck to be recalibrated.

These would be perfect if they had a mount on them. I've modified them with a handlebar mount which requires you to take the back off the display. Two of my ATV's are now equipped with them. They take a short time to synch with the satellites.
