The item is not well made, but should have figured that by the price. I would not buy them again and don't recommend them.

I was a stone Mason for 18 years, so I have used a tuck pointer quite a bit. For the price, you really can't beat this. It's not a Marshall town, but it's not junk either. The fit and finish isn't great, the tuck pointing blade is welded on it's not one piece like it normally would be. But the blade is in the handle tight, the blades themselves are the correct size 1/4-in, 3/8 in, half inch, 3/4 in. I can't speak about the the brick tools, because I've never laid brick I've only done stone work. But the brick joint tools you get a 3/8 in, 1/2-in, 5/8, and a 3/4. They don't seem as refined as other brick tools I have seen, but again for a homeowner, they're going to do exactly what they need them to do. I retired from stonework, and now I do small concrete jobs, and porch steps and occasionally need to tuck point brick work, that's why I pick these up. So if you're a professional, you know you're not going to buy these, but if you're homeowner, or you're just starting out in the Mason industry and you're not sure if you're going to stick to it, pick these up and give them a shot, because they work just the way they're supposed to.

Made with cheap metal. Spend the extra money on something that's going to last more than 2 jobs.
