Lovely easy to install don't have to get up to open the door You can lock it from wherever you want I have a video camera connected to it I encourage everyone to get this product you'll feel much better and safe at home easy easy instructions battery life lovely It looks good the quality it look real good The locking function you got a key you got a fingerprint you got a passcode and you also have a key so no matter how it is and what you forget you can easily get into your home Plus is in the app and you can unlock your door before you even get here

1. The card chip didnt work out the box2.Finger print stopped working after 2 weeks3. Worst part is, the port didn't work at all when I needed it to. I had to break into my house since I didn't have the key.I guess you get what you pay for. Don't cheap out on the lock to your home by purchasing this. It seems nice at first however it's not at all.

Here let me set the scene of being up at 4:30 on your day off due to a gut wrenching need to sit on the porcelain throne, I finish up and go back to bed. Now its 7:30 my dog has woke up I’m trying to get him out the room and myself to go to the restroom but turning the handle does nothing… that’s not right I should always be able to open from the inside, hmmm. My dog has started to give me little whimpers as we have spent 10 minutes now trying to open the door, so I call my brother an tell him where the key that is hidden is to open it from the outside but still the door handle is rotating without grabbing the bar! I now no longer know if it is the dog whimpering or myself as it is quickly becoming a need for me to get out of this bedroom as I am glancing at my aquarium in the corner with dark thoughts. I yell through the door for my brother to grab a wrench to torque the turn bar a found a Phillips in my room to get to what the picture now shows! By the way it was delivered 13days ago and worked great for a week and a half doubt I get a refund so save yourself the money and stress of picking out where you think your wanting to patch up that kool aid man dry wall spot and just get an old school lock.
