I really liked this lock. Very simple to install and very easy to configure and use. Material is of excellent quality. The best thing is that each person in the house has their own access code. I thought the electronic key was fantastic. It was only 15 minutes to assemble and start using it.

Tried to install (but didn't fit my door), but was easy to understand how to install. Loved the look and the features of the lock. Keyless lock for more security, seemed to work well (locking/unlocking) as far as I could tell. Price was a good buy

This smart lock works well for my front door. It was easy to set up, and the app is simple to use. I like that I can unlock it with a code or my phone. The auto-lock feature is helpful too.It doesn’t have fingerprint unlock, but for the price, it does a good job. Great value if you want a basic smart lock.

I’ve tried a few different smart lock brands for different doors around my house, and I got this one specifically for the back door. Don't buy this. I have one that didn't work and I got replaced with another one that didn't work. I followed the directions to the T and I am absolutely sure it isn't user error.

The item is good and works as advertised however, tge lock must be set up for left hand opening or right hand opening. Easy enough during installation. Here is the problem, out of the box, no matter how you install it the app default is for right hand opening. YOU MUST CHANGE THE APP SETTINGS TO LEFT OPENING or THE LOCK WILL BE UNLOCKED WHEN THE WHEN THE VOICE is saying it’s LOCKED. The instructions don’t tell you this until you read the troubleshooting section. It took me 3 hours to figure this out! Without that hiccup it’s fast easy installation.
