very similar to the popular aura ring. i love that it doesn’t make you buy an subscriptions with it and it is actually very accurate with reading your oxygen and heart rate and counting your steps. i usually use it for counting steps. easy to charge and speak style. also connects to your apple health which is awesome!!!!

This ring is a total disappointment. Health tracking features are unreliable—blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep tracking don't work properly. Size 8 was too tight and uncomfortable, and the ring feels flimsy, not premium. Bluetooth disconnects during exercise mode, and the battery barely lasts a day. Data syncing is a struggle. If you’re expecting a smart health tracker, this ring isn’t it. Overall, it’s a letdown and doesn’t live up to expectations. Not worth the money.

It does not give accurate information at all. If I’m changing clothes or just making movements with my hands it marks as if they are steps. This is very frustrating as I don’t have a right way to count my 10k steps.

It's waterproof, I wore it for a while and washed my hands several times, and it still works great.
