Battery Operated for Convenience
The battery-operated dual CO smoke alarm installs in minutes, without requiring an electrician. The unit requires three 1.5V AA battery and features a chirp and indicator light to let you know when they need replacing. The alarm mounts easily to a ceiling or wall and comes with pins to secure alarm to the base to prevent tampering.

Installation:
- Turn the alarm body counterclockwise and take off the bracket.
- Hold the bracket in the installation position as specified in the Recommended Locations,mark installation holes of the bracket with pencil.
- Drill the two marked installation holes with a 3/16 inch(5mm)drill bit.Tap the two plastic gromments into holes with hammer.
- Mount the bracket to the ceiling by inserting and tightening the supplied screws into plastic grommets.
- Fix the alarm on the bracket and turn the alarm body clockwise , until fully inserted on the bracket.

Carbon & smoke is a must have. These alarms are priced well and very well made. Easy to install and user friendly instructions. Alarm sounds loudly and very easy to check periodically. Pleased over all.

Seeing their efficiency really shocks me and it’s so good. I have small kitchen so when we have guests over, our detector goes off very frequently but having this is a life saver as it only goes off when certain threshold of smoke builds up in kitchen. Plus you can adjust the settings

These detectors are a must-have for any home! I love that they come in a 4-pack—perfect for placing in multiple rooms. Setup was super easy, and the digital display is a great feature. It clearly shows carbon monoxide levels, so I always feel informed and secure.The dual function for smoke and CO detection makes it super convenient, and the “Test/Silence” button is easy to use. It works well and flexible to move to different locations. I have a small remote cabin with no prewired gas alarm. Well you don't need it with this dual function detector. I can just simple mount them near the cooking stove and heating stove. It will detect any gas leakage from the propane tank or insufficient wood burning from the heating stove. Couldn't be happier with the product
