Bought two in as many days because the first one broke. The scraper bit snapped off and I thought I had done it being careless. So I got another. It snapped off too when I picked it up - in the same spot as the other one.

I bought two of these and they are not worth a penny. My son reported the first one broke before he could finish cleaning the windows. I didn't think much of it, and then we had light ice on windows. I tried to clean the windows with the second unit and it snapped before i could even finish the front window. This was not even thick ice that required any scrapping, just a light coating. When any pressure was applied the scrapper snapped off and in un-repairable. I am past my return period, these are something purchased in preparation of bad weather, not when it is here. If I can warm others them great. DONT BUY THIS ITEM- IT DOESNT HOLD UP. I HAD TWO AND THEY BOTH BROKE ON FIRST USE

I only used it a couple of times and I was scraping frozen snow off my car and it broke. CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP i SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTERAND NOW THE WINDOW FOR RETURN HAS ENDED JAN 31 SO NOW I AM OUT $10 ISNT THAT NICE. THATS OK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER I WILL GET MY $$$ BACK I WONT GIVE UP

When you buy this item you get two, what are the chances that they both break on the first use? This happen to me, noticed the scraper is not very sturdy and narrows after the metal pole and just broke off . Normal scraping nothing to serious.Bright side brush seems to work fine. Off to look for 2 new scrapers.

When I received this product, I put it in my car for future use. A few days later we had a frost. The scraper head snapped off the handle literally the first moment that I pressed it against the glass.I needed to get to work, so I took the scraper head and used the unbroken side like a hand-held scraper. It left scratches all over my windshield. I felt the edge and it has sharp pips at the corners where the plastic was badly molded.

PIECE OF JUNK ! The scraper broke the first time I used it on my windshield, ( Minimal ice ), and I cut my hand when it broke and didn't realize I cut myself because it was dark, and 19 degrees, so I ended up with blood all over my pants, and car ! Buyer BEWARE ! Horrible design on the scraper.
