Cats at first snubbed it. One of them looked at it, turned around and sat down after giving me a dirty look. I find they will eat the larger kibble (like Hills) out of it so that's a start. It may take time for older cats to adapt to this. I'm not sure if the cat face is recognized by my cats as another cat. Gave it 4 stars because they didn't love it right away. Try putting a few treats in with the cat food to entice them to try it.

Super cute! Easy to clean in the top rack of the dishwasher. Has completely resolved the post-scarfing of food vomiting! Love!

I’ve tried a couple other slow feeders that were a bit flimsy and a nightmare to clean, especially with wet food. This one is sturdy and cleaning it is a breeze.

Awesome bowl. Just what I was looking for. It actually works in slowing down the speed at which my cat eats. I love the silicone material. Very easy to clean. Not just for cats, my dog loves it too!

I have a very large, 32lb, cat who needs to drop some weight. My vet recommended a slow feeder bowl. I chose the Snuggli bowl because of its design and cuteness. The price point was a little higher than others, but the quality is excellent. You definitely get what you pay for. I am amazed at how my cat has responded to the change! At first he was skeptical and just nibbled. Now, he's taking his time, eating slower and actually eating less! It's amazing!I purchased one for my niece as well. This will be our new family favorite! One in every house!

Our vet suggested a slow feeder to help our cat, Miso, avoid throwing up after meals. This one looked like a good fit, the design is cute without being too much, and the silicone feels sturdy and well-made.It’s working!! Miso eats at a (somewhat) normal pace now as he picks around the bowl, no more scarf-and-barf, and it stays in place better than our old plastic bowl. Easy to rinse or toss in the dishwasher. Super happy with it!
