I had to demonstrate how to use it to my daughters, and there are no instructions, but they caught on fast and like it. There is a carrying bag so you can roll it up and take it with you (or put it away when not in use). The back is medium-thick rubber that stays in place on hard floors well. Carpet, not so much.I really do wish there were some minimal instructions for number sequences to practice for actual field situations... like a 1-2-3-2-1-5-6-3-go sequence for facing off 1:1 with a defender. I'm sure there is something online, but having nothing was disappointing. It came folded in a flat box, so getting it flat took a bit of time for gravity to help relax the rubber. All in all, it is very good, and the price is good. I recommend.

Nice quality mat and clear numbers and lines. We got this for our youth soccer player to practice some drills in the house. I think the carrying/storage case is unnecessary, but it does come with one. Overall, good product.

This mat is a good option to allow young players to work on control. The mat itself is large enough that our leggy 6 yr old (4'6") can use the full space if she stretches or doesn't quite have full control, but otherwise still only needs about 50% to practice; this should be plenty of space even for teen boys. Quality and thickness of the mat are nice as well - thick enough to reduce sound, not so thick you're unstable stepping on it, the ball rolls well (minor slowing which is helpful for practice), mat stays in place on carpet or hard surfaces and no fraying at the edges or the rubber backing getting stuck/staining the floor underneath. The net is just okay, but on par with everything else I've found to date.

This training mat is great for youth players who start learning soccer. Its amazing and is perfect for my 9 years old son who start playing soccer and this will help him controlling the ball. Its a very good quality and non-slip with nice storage bag.

The belt is wide & comfortable. It also adjusts to fit various sizes. It's adjusted by velcro, which unfortunately grabs onto the net & snags. The mat is a nice quality one. I like that it folds easily for storage.

It is larger than I imagined. I was expecting doormat sized but it is larger. Like a large doormat. It is thick and soft, and I like that it was different than other mats because of the figure 8 pattern. It also comes with a carrying case while others don't so that was nice.

Our son LOVES soccer and this mat, surprisingly, has been something that he has been able to use to gain better focus and agility with his ball skills.It's not too big or too small for us. It is the perfect size. I even enjoy seeing how well I can keep the soccer ball on the lines this mat provides. I can see how having these skills could really help my son on the field.This mat has a gripping material on the bottom, so it lays flat from the moment you unroll it onto your floor.Great idea! Great product!

First off use with an academy or training ball for natural grass. The material had the right amount of friction. The mat is well made. Definitely an indoor item as hot sun will damage the material. It’s a straight forward piece of equipment guide the ball on the training map in rhythm. Also good is there are several online videos with built exercises for use on all the different mat templates. A good tool for beginners to advance players.
