Brilliant little practice mat. Very nice socks. Perfect to practice with. My son and his father both use this and have a grand time working together with it. My son has been improving at soccer class and has excelled to the top of the class and he is one of the younger students so we are extremely proud of him!! I highly recommend this product!! The quality is brilliant. My son also really enjoys racing cars on the mat so multiple purpose that's for sure!!

This aid alone probably won't launch your kid into the Premier League, but it does offer great support when you're stuck inside. The more touches kids can get on the ball, the better, so this training aid provides that. The guides are a great visual for a player, especially if they are already a little familiar with these movements. The mat is built well and is sturdy. (We've only used it a handful of times so far, but the quality seems nice.)

The colors, numbers, and lines are sharp an vivid. It's easy to roll up and pack in the included case. I will say that my kids just started playing soccer so this will probably help improve their coordination. So far we've only used it indoors and they love it. My kids are still young and this mat seems perfect for their size, but as they grow, I'm not sure how much use this will get. I have no problem recommending this for younger kids; as the listing suggests: 6-12.

This is a very slim, but cushiony footwork mat. It has a substantive weight to it and a really nice grip material coating the entire underneath which ensures the mat stays in place. It comes with a pair of socks. You have to provide your own soccer ball. This is perfect for a home gym, a dorm room, kid's bedroom, anywhere you have a few square feet to lay it down. I recommend watching the videos advertising the product because they show you how use it and change up your practice routines and moves. This may have been made for soccer training, but it's also a nice way to add some variety to a home gym and improve balance and coordination, and something that anyone can use at their own skill level.

I bought this for my son. He absolutely loved it. It was a nice lil surprise. The mat is a good size. He can play in the living room and work on his touch.
