There's plenty of cushion for using outdoor. However, if you turn on it without lifting and placing gently it tears the top layer up pretty easily. DO NOT WEAR SHOES.

I needed a mat that could exercise on and this definitely does it! Its a thicker matt so for me, its more comfortable when I'm performing on the floor exercises. It does slide around ever so slowly but I don't think thats the mats fault, I have it on top of carpet. I'm sure if I had it on tile or wood it wouldn't wiggle around as I'm moving on it.

I bought this for our pool lounge chairs instead of a $$$ cushions. It makes the chaise cushiony and we put a beach towel on top!

It is a piece of foam. It easily gets cuts. It has no grip on the floor.Loved the thickness and color.

This mat is thick and comfortable. However, I used this mat for the first time and there are imprints from my feet and 2 tears from rotating my heel. This mat is also slippery on hard wood, would recommend using something with grip under the mat or using on carpet only.

It’s a good Mat because it’s comfortable and I do a lot of plank challenges (Chloe Ting). However, it already started ripping and it becomes hard to workout on it. It keeps moving sometimes depending on the workout...

Lo compré para hacer clases de cardio y para nada es resistente, al primer uso se rompio y se mueve muy fácil en el piso.

I got this mat for 3 reasons; length, thickness, and price. It did not disappoint on any of those. It is one of the longer yoga mats on the market. Being that I am 5'10", I wanted one that was longer. This one fits the bill. I also have terrible knees, one of many reasons I decided to start yoga, so I wanted a thick and cushiony mat. This definitely is. And when you compare the price of this one to other brands of similar length and thickness, it is much cheaper. The fact that it is a pretty blue color and came with a carry strap are just bonuses imo.

Very cheap quality and just my dog walking on it left his foot prints engraved into. Doesn’t lay flat and not very comfortable.
