Product seems strong, good quality steel. It came without the 4 lug nuts you need to mount it to your trailer so I had to make a trip to the local Ace Hardware to find some that fit. Cost me an extra $5 and about 30 minutes of my time but it all worked out.

Bought this set bc it was the cheapest and I only needed the carriage bolts and nuts for my existing spare tire mount. Fast shipping. Much easier to get the bolts this way than to try to find the right sizes.

When first installing on my fifth wheel bumper the plate was hitting the bottom of the trailer so I had to move it to left side (drivers) of the bumper for it to work. Everything was included and was very straight forward to install about 10min. Only problem it was not high enough so I worried about it hitting the ground while towing for a camp site we do a little bit of off road to get where we camp. Also I pull another trailer behind my fifth wheel and I was worried it wasn't high enough to clear my towing trailer so I ended up getting something different. This would be perfect for any other trailer that you use to pull side by side etc...

Easy to put on, seems sturdy. I've had it on for several months with no problems. Good for the spare tire as it should be. Not sure about the 'lockable feature'. You would need to purchase something separate. I don't leave my trailer anywhere overnight so I'm not worried about the tire coming up missing.

I'm very pleased with this mount, the welds are text book quality and it has a nice painted surface. It has some heft to it. I mounted it differently than most on my trailer and it takes up hardly any space. I did have to purchase shorter carriage bolts to mount it this way but I'm very happy with the configuration, and the spare is mounted solidly and secure.

Winnebago has a tire carrier recall, with no available solution yet I bought this one.The tire sits lower and blocks the hitch receiver I opted for this instead of keeping spare in car.Well made, stong and easy to install

Liked the quality of product. Used it to mount spare tire in the box of 1956 Fargo 1/2 ton I’m rebuilding. Passed bolts through side of box and then used both plates to fasten. All bolts had shortened for this application.
