the horse is kind'a deformed and the coils are really hard, like for a trampoline, but on a horse it doesn't allow much movement

Replacement order was delivered and again the box was destroyed. Contents were undamaged but missing some hardware ( nuts and bolts)

My great granddaughter - almost 3 - loves this! I bought the slightly use one and it came without any hardware! Really Amazon! So we had an upset little girl but another is on the way! She sat on the pony all day on the floor!

Horse was cute and well-made. However, it was dirty on the rubbers, so probably a return not happy about that. But it was for a birthday that was happening the next day, so want to head and kept it.

It wasn’t hard to put together even tho the parts were thrown all about inside the box.The box was extremely damaged but the horse was in tact.My granddaughter loves it!! It’s really pretty also!I can’t understand any of the bad reviews. I almost didn’t buy it because of the bad reviews.We didn’t have any issues. It’s very sturdy and has been safe so far. Amazon needs to package it much better. That could be the reason for other mishaps with the product.

I ordered this horse. When it arrived the box was hardly a box anymore. Screws in the bottom of the box, so who knows if some fell out of the box. All the paint was scratched and the bottom plastic feet were no longer white. They were brown. I exchanged it for a new one in hopes it would be better. Second one arrived in another damaged box. Parts just thrown in there. Major paint scratched and the plastic feet were dirty again. Part of the horse was put together. It’s a pretty horse, but we didn’t keep it because of the quality of everything else being used and damaged.

She absolutely loves it! If you purchase and can take it outta the box asap. We ordered this almost 2 months before Christmas and the poor horses face was smashed cause we left it in the box so long. It's starting to look normal now lol. This is a great item, very durable and adorable!

This horse broke at the spring a couple weeks after I have it to my granddaughter for Christmas. The button to hear the horse sound, did break as well. My daughter actually throw the horse away a couple months later, because she didn’t want it sitting in her garage. It was very heartbreaking, I was excited to give it to my granddaughter, so she could experience the joy & fun of a Rocking-horse. I bought it before Christmas, so I couldn’t return it.Or I would have.
