I recently had completed a month long push-up "challenge" and struggle bused it the whole time. Figured I would keep up with it and got this unit. So here we go-Everything is just: "ok"Pulling everything from the box, I notice that some items have bags, some don't. Like one handle had a baggie, one didn't- "Ok". The box has a QR code with an arrow advising me my journy starts there. "Ok". After scanning the code, it brings me to a product registration page. Step 3 is to write a review, but I haven't even set it up, so out I go. Find some addition paperwork sandwiched in the folds of the storage bag. Literally the last place I looked, but "ok". I just wanted some direction on setting up, or exercises, or why there is a separate baggie that has the battery cover, non tapped screw hole and a screw driver that is either undersized or screws with heads that are oversized. "Ok". After getting everything set, found the correct app and found it doesn't do much to help you get your device connect (if the device can be connect) or even to a workout unless you make an account. I also ran out of rubber cushions for the bottom of the board. Or maybe they weren't for the board. Not sure. Nothing tells you one way or another, so I cut out some of the left over so I don't scratch up my floor real bad.Pros-It does do its job and makes jamming out push-up more interesting than just doing them on your ownIt folds up nicely and is great for travel or storageHandles seem fairly sturdyCons-No real directionsI would prefer some kind of sample before making an accountMissing parts?Little short for taller person/longer arm spanWill I use this, yes. Will I get full benefits out of it, probably not.

I like the portability of this board. It folds right in half and is lightweight - I can easily take it along with me when I travel for business. I also like taking it into the office with me for days when I know I will not be able to make it out in time to get to the gym. It’s very durable and sturdy. It allows me to change my positions so that different muscles are targeted. The set up is as simple as placing the handle bar grips into the desired space.

This unit has a range of motions/setup and has been working fine. I am just concerned about the length of time it will keep itself together since is pure plastic without any metals used in it.

This exercise package is a pretty decent grouping of tools that could be useful for the right person. I was a little skeptical at first, but after using it for a while, I can say it can be an effective tool.The push-up board is plastic, but it feels sturdy enough. The orange and black handholds fit very snugly into position, and they’re not moving around much when you’re exercising. The board comes with some little rubber feet so you won’t scuff whatever floor you’re putting this down on. That’s a nice touch.The board will absolutely accommodate a number of positions. If you’re trying to hit certain muscle groups, you can do so easily enough. The handles have cushioning as well, another nice feature.The exercise bar is actually two pieces that you put together. They go together easy, and they’re not hard to separate. The bands you attach are convenient and can accommodate many different exercises. There’s definitely enough tension for most average people, I’m betting.There are also a handful of Pilates bands, giving you even more exercise options. They’re quite strong and will provide plenty of tension.The bag for storing everything is too small, one negatives with this product. It won’t accommodate the bars, but it does have draw strings so you can mostly get it all in there. It’s not a huge issue, but it was annoying enough to merit only four stars. Other than that, I really didn’t have many complaints. It’s a decent product for the price, particularly if you’re just looking to get a bit of exercise without needing to go to a gym or buy more expensive solutions.
