This product is in the same bottle style as Tulip brand and so I thought it was the same. I assumed this was puff paint. My mistake, but it is not. It falls flat and soaks into the fabric. You can kind of get it to stay puffy with an extra coat.

Colors are bright and the paint is easy to use. It does remain sticky after drying, so if you are using a lot keep that in mind.
