Works great! Can make variable thickness according to need. The vegetarian burger ingredients did not stick to the press. Easy to use. I would like a size smaller than this one but larger than the slider size.

This appears to be a professional quality patty maker. I have been using a plastic one that broke after a few uses. This one is stainless steel and should last a lifetime. Make perfect professional quality burgers every time.
