So I open the box, look at the instructions and scan to the setting options for espresso fine grind. I thought I was adjusting it for a fine grind. Let’s just say I should have first put in some coffee beans and grind a test batch and see how that looked before I started changing any grind size. (I was able to dial it in to a good grind… but it would’ve been better if I had that original point of reference).The grinder has a good feel and finish. Even at the finer setting, it easily handles the added resistance. I found the bean capacity and resulting grind to be perfect for a double shot from our Profitec Pro 500. Very pleased with the final result… even if I took the long way around.

The grinder is wonderful and ergonomic, it should be noted that in the pictures it appears to be steel colored but the product I received was black. The finish is excellent and the color is nice so I don’t mind. The handle is the worst part of this design. In an attempt to make it easy to clean and free rotating the knob is attached to the grind arm with a magnet, but it’s far too weak and pops off with regular use, especially with more vigorous grinding. It definitely takes some technique to master grinding without having the knob come off. The burr adjustment is slightly confusing and the instructions aren’t clear at all, but once you’ve adjusted to the setting you like it’s wonderful, efficient, and comfortable. It even grinds fine enough for espresso and Turkish coffee. Overall solid choice for the price!

The WUXIANKING Stainless Steel Manual Coffee Grinder makes quick work of Grinding Coffee Beans by hand, I would go as far as saying this little Jewel is a "Coffee Grinding Racehorse". The WUXIANKING Stainless Steel Manual Coffee Grinder is easy to setup and use, the grinding settings allow for a finished product for anything from Drip Grind to Espresso. In all honesty this Hand Grinder works better than any Coffee Grinder that I have used in the past forty something years.I gave the WUXIANKING Stainless Steel Manual Coffee Grinder a full Five Stars Across the Board. It is Durable, Well Designed, Easy to Use, Very Reliable, Affordable, Portable, Doesn't require Batteries or Charging, Easy to Care For, and a Very Fast Coffee Grinder to name a few of them.

I ordered this coffee grinder for peppercorns instead, and WOW! I'll never buy another pepper grinder again in my life, manual coffee grinders all the way. As far as functionality goes, I'd give this 6/5 stars. One full rotation of the handle and I have enough for a heavy personal serving. All the actuations are smooth, the granularity selection is easy, the handle/lid is easy to put on and remove, and the container on the bottom twists easily.I originally placed this product at four stars for a couple reasons, but I've realized some things since then that I don't believe justify that and still rate it at five stars. The first is that I received a black unit instead of silver like the images show. I don't really mind, I'd have ordered it in either color, but it isn't what is shown. The other is that the wooden handle, while it turns smoothly, popped off after only a few rotations. It's easy to put back on, but it's also easy to take off again. I later realized it's magnetic which is why it's dishwasher safe, so that is as intended, but it surprised me when it happened.I think it may be helpful to also point out that the top of the unit is not a permanent installation, ie there's no screws or bolts to keep it secured. It's probably normal for people used to manual coffee grinders, but I had to learn that lesson for myself when I dumped peppercorns all over my kitchen floor. Don't pick it up from the handle, especially if there's anything inside.

This is a great little coffee grinder! I'm very impressed. The directions are complete gibberish (I assume from translation failure) but it doesn't matter, because if you've ever had any experience with a coffee grinder, this is going to work GREAT for you. And it does a really great job.Could not be more pleased! So glad I got this!
