Installation and disassembly
Fix the Housing on the KitchenAid machine, use both thumbs to take the blade clockwise into the Housing on the slot.
To disassemble, please stop the machine first, then rotate the blade counterclockwise with both thumbs to remove it easily.

This is great for hard things, and I recommend freezing softer cheese so it doesn't get as stuck. Also, cleaning immediately after use makes it easier rather than waiting. It is difficult to clean under the moving parts but it is possible.

A hit as Xmas gift to my daughter. Fit perfectly on her kitchen aid mixer and seems made of quality material. Easy to use and she has been shredding from hard cheese to potatoes. Excellent value . Holding up to every speed she chooses. Which it came with a storage box ie plastic.

Slices carrot and zucchini well stainless steel construction easy to clean. Seems very rugged, very little food caught in main body. Celery is hard to slice cleanly. Box provides good compact storage for the slicer and attachments, The Kitchen Aid bowl makes for easy collection of sliced food.

I love this item. Easy to operate. I have grated cheese and shredded cabbage so far. It works very well and have put the pieces in the dishwasher. It is sturdy. I’m glad I bought it. Life is much better with it!Also important, it is easy to assemble for the job at hand, so I don’t mind using it.

I’ve had this for almost 2 years and it’s used a couple times a week. It works perfectly, washes in the dishwasher perfectly, and has no signs of wear at all. It seems expensive for a 3rd party accessory but it far outlived the 1st party shredder. If you shred cheese or frozen butter often this will be worth it to you.

I had an older set of kitchen aid slicing tools, and after 35 years, the plastic outer cover cracked.I figured it was time for a new set that was made for my new kitchen aid mixer.I love the stainless steel housing and it's just as easy to use as my old one. Hopefully this one will last another 35 years.

Works great. Easy to install and use.Two tricks, make sure you use a decent speed, as the instructions state. The feeder is also on the small side, so your have to do some chopping to make some veggies fit.

S'adapte parfaitement sur le Kitchen Aid.Petit défaut, l'espace entre la grille et le tour est un peu trop grand et lors de l'utilisation, des portions non râpés tournent autour.
