looks like mini me on my 26ft, high treble with either the fog sound or hailing, and just not loud enough this with a house 50 ft away.. will try the SH240sw 5x7 hopefully can boost the fog horn by 50%.. will move the mini me @ rear deck,,

First unit arrived with bent mounting bracket. Returned it, replacement unit also had bent bracket. Both arrived in manufacturer's box but it was in bad shape, as was the unit. 0-2. Still need speaker :(

After 15 years, the old hailer literally fell apart. This replaces that unit, and has a much smaller footprint. Sound is fine. I almost never use it though. I only have it installed on my boat for the fog horn function thru my radio.

Works well and combined with the Fog Horn or Loud Hailer functions increase the boater's safety.
