This mount is solid, well-built, and fits the Starlink Gen 3 dish perfectly - but getting the legs open? That was a whole workout. I literally had to get on the floor, grab two legs, and push with my feet like I was trying to escape quicksand. Once I won that battle, though, everything else was smooth sailing. It feels sturdy, holds up well in the elements, and seems appropriately priced for what you get. Just be ready to put in some effort when setting it up the first time. Maybe stretch beforehand.

Nice accessory for our Starlink dish when we travel. Works very well to get it into just the right position (much better than a lawn chair), and seems like a quality tripod. Overall this is exactly as described, and performs as expected.

I snagged this tripod mount through the Amazon Vine program, so I didn't actually pay for it, which is always a plus. My initial impression upon unboxing was, "Whoa, this thing is beefy!" It's definitely on the heavier side, which might be a consideration if you're planning on moving it around a lot. However, that heft translates to some serious stability. I've had it set up in my backyard for a few weeks now, and it hasn't budged despite some pretty serious wind gusts. It feels incredibly well-made and I have no concerns about it tipping over. While it might not be the ideal choice for ultra-light travel (unless you're really committed to your internet connection), the trade-off in durability is worth it. Setting it up was pretty straightforward. It securely holds the dish and gives me peace of mind knowing it's not going to go tumbling down the hill. If you need a solid, reliable mounting solution and don't mind a bit of weight, this is a winner.

Zero complaints! The top of this tripod mount (the part that mounts to the StarLink) is a perfect fit - it snaps on and off exactly like the kickstand but is perfectly secure when mounted. So you can easily go from one option to the next without any effort or trouble.Tripod works exactly as you would expect - comes completely assembled except for a few screws that you put in the mount to hold the white plastic piece in (see first photo). TBH, not sure you even need these little screws since the thumbscrew is going to hold everything to gather but it does make for a very sturdy mount with no play. Also easy to run the connecting cable using this mount. The only minor nit is that the storage bag for the tripod is a little lightweight and while the tripod fits perfectly, it doesn't really have room for the mount which is large and an odd shape (due to StarLink specs, not the tripod/mount design).Overall, highly recommend to easily align your StarLink at a campsite, etc.

My Starlink Gen 3 replaces my Gen 2. Im setup full time and occasionally will travel out with the RV for short trips or work travel. When I am setup in my full time spot my SL antenna is setup on a flag pole mounted on the back end of my 5th wheel RV where I have a clear view of the sky. I have found that the current set up doesn’t also allow for such an application. To be versatile and mobile I went with the Mskekit Store, the Starlink Gen 3 Mount, Starlink Tripod Mounting Kit, Starlink V3 Tripod Dish Mount Adapter Compatible with Starlink Gen 3 V3 Dish for RV Travel.I did a search through quite a few of the tripods available. One of the main features that attracted me to this tripod is its wide stance when deployed. Almost 24”, the setup reassures me of a stable base. I have a better sense of a strong and sturdiness against tipping over. The build of this stand not only allows for quick, stable, and reliable setups. It’s very functional and easy to setup as it is user friendly. The tripod is made of quality steel except for a few plastic pieces. Yet is durable enough if not over manipulated. Overall a good build and use of materials making a robust and quality portable mounting option. Highly recommended and worth of your consideration if you are looking for a tripod mount for your Starlink Gen 3.

This is actually a solid mount. More solid than I was expecting. It uses larger diameter tubing to give it strength. The tightening mechanisms all tighten by pressing a block in as opposed to just using a screw end to hold something together. Far more refined and superior holding capability. ***edit, except the top screw unfortunately***My only complaint is that the tightening system housing is plastic. If you tighten it too much, you can crack it. You shouldn't have a need to tighten it that much but people have a nasty habit of overtightening things. This is good enough and light enough that I'll be making a camera ball head to mount to it. That way I can eliminate having to carry two tripods when going out. It is certainly rigid enough to use a DSLR on with the appropriate adapter.

Extremely easy to put together. So happy our Starlink isn’t sitting on the ground anymore
