The slots are proportionally-spaced, using the same method as our String Spacing Rule. This means the strings feel right all across the neck—no crowding on the heavier bass strings.

Originally “ The string spacing on this bone nut is 1/8” too narrow for my Gibson ES-335. Unfortunately, it was filed down before noticing this. Unusable and unreturnable.”Updated “ I wanted to say thank you to StewMac who reached out to rectify the problem and refunded the bone nut. If you're looking for a better experience with your bone nuts you might want to try these! I had a couple of tricky jobs recently and these drop in nearly perfect with very minimal processing! They also polish beautifully compared to others that I've used...
