I purchased and delivery was fast. NOW! with the review, Way to small for my weapon... Your Gun has to be one of them extra pocket gun to be able to fit, Mine is a full size and I'm unable to use the box .. when I say small I mean it..

I know a common complaint is "it doesn't fit" but this has fit all the pistols I own. Sure, its not gonna fit a G34, but it fits my G19, my P365, and surprisingly enough, my Dagger Long Slide. It's not a safe, but it seems highly sturdy enough to resist most efforts to pry it open without heavy duty tools. My main concern is keeping it out of young hands, which this should work perfect for. it comes with two boxes, a preset combo, and the ability to change the combo without much effort. Its easy to use, and has an additional press safety for the combo to activate and work.

Luckily I only bought these as a temporary solution for traveling with my firearm. These look nice, are light, and portable. But the locking system is garbage, to get point I’ve put an actual lock on mine. They claim 81 combinations but there are only 6. And you can try all 6 extremely quickly. Watch the Lock picking Lawyer on YouTube, he cracks it in 15 seconds.

Just got these in for my pistols. Difficult to open but solid. Sad part is now it won’t open and my pistol is stuck in the case. It has parts rattling around inside already and I found a metal pin laying next to where the case was sitting. This is poor manufacturing. Definitely asking for a refund on this product. Thought maybe a manual lock system would better and more reliable than the biometric ones. But guess I was wrong. Now to figure out how to get my pistol out of the case.

...at least the handfuls of reviews I read/watched, what they didn't convey (either at all or strongly enough) was that...1) the Stopbox Compact is barely large enough for a compact pistol. I mean, that's mentioned, but boy is there really no wiggle room on this one. A Gen 3 Glock 19 barely squeaks in. You're probably not enclosing one of these pistols in the dark. Would an extra half inch all around be too much to ask?2) and this is the big one: I huffed about four bottles of glue and probably a few other industrial chemicals in a single breath when I opened this thing. Hands down, this product has the worst offgassing I have ever experienced since a couple lacrosse balls I purchased a long time ago -- and something tell me the Stopbox wouldn't weather as well if I left it open and tossed it in the backyard for a few months. The offgassing made me nauseous. I'm currently painting a back room in my house, and after opening one of the Stopbox compacts from my BOGO bundle I tried to run to that room for fresh air, but I felt too dizzy to get up and lost so many brain cells that I forgot how to navigate my way across my house.But in all seriousness, the smell is atrocious. And God help you if you touch the foam because your fingers will stink for several minutes. After realizing the smell transfers on contact, out of morbid curiosity I placed my Gen 3 Glock 19 on the foam and closed the case for about 10 seconds to see how badly it would smell. (This is how I got the above point about the size/fit.) Like with my fingers, the smell clung to the pistol as if it were trying to escape itself. Thankfully, a good wash/wipe and several minutes removes the smell from a digit/item, but the smell persists in the Stopbox even after being left open for a week.Perhaps it's an added security feature. I am optimistic that if I kept a pistol in this contraption no one with any level of working olfactory sense would mess with the gun even if they did open the Stopbox.And perhaps the offgassing goes away, but I'm not waiting a month to fine out; so, this purchase is a definite return, and I doubt I'll try any of their products in the future.3) It is overpriced for what it is. Now, kudos for it not trying to be a cheap safe and for the company marketing it in its correct space -- and I want to like the product for that reason -- but it lacks all-around quality for its price point. It has horrible offgassing, the foam feels cheap, it needs more metal, and I wouldn't be surprised if the plastic keys break after a few years of regular use.

Great idea but it is just hard plastic so yea if someone wanted they could easily get it open.

We got 2 and found it easy to set our code, and has proven too difficult for people to guess when challenged. Won’t fit a very large piece, but works for my ruger.
