I followed the instructions exactly, and it did NOT change, for THREE MONTHS. I bought one as a gift and one for myself, and both of them didn't work, and these are non returnable. What a waste.

We bought as a gift for 12 yr. old grandson who is storm focused. He has many weather radios and gets weather warnings from several states. He uses his laptop to follow the storms on the map. He likes science; this is “very cool” and he likes it.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. There's a mixture inside that when shook performs as a snow globe. Along with the LED light shining through it, this object is small enough to placed anywhere. Package arrived in great condition. One thing to note, at least on hers, the USB plug for the LED does NOT fit all the way in; all though, just the tip is needed for the light to turn on. The LED has flashing pattern with every color or static light with solid color and multiple colors to choose from.

Looks pretty. Doesn't change inside at all. Good thing the LED lights liven it up.I love the shape, but it does not change or react to any weather after 10 months sitting in the room with the wildest temperature swings and a big bay window.This was a gift, which is disappointing. Maybe it's the shape that makes it not work? Maybe it's just filled with shredded Styrofoam. I don't know.If you want something that changes with the weather, this ain't it.

I’ve always loved this type of weather glass, and I just happened across this one. Needs a little time to adjust to its environment but so far it’s a peaceful addition to my hectic day. I’m a service writer for motorcycles so it’s cool to see how the changes come in.Thanks!
