This bicycle axle is of good quality. I did get the rear one that is 14.4cm long with 25mm dust shields.Make sure to measure your old one before buying. Not all axles are equipped with the same diameter dust shields. You may think that they are universal, but the reality is that they are not.

It came with the thin gauge cone seal washers flat on one side. But was able to find a metal tube small enough to fit inside it's inner lip. Then taped a long ratchet socket to this metal tube, so I could have something to hammer on while holding the tube against its flattened lip and over a V block. Got them close to round but one of them was warped, was able to get it close to being flat by pounding it out with a large diameter rod, while it was held over a gap between 2 blocks.
