So far so good! Running about a month in, sucking moisture out of the basement. I run it thru a drain as the bucket filled frequently. Small dive bit seems to be doing a large basement.

For the price it does an amazing job but would like to point out that the sensor on this thing is off by a mile. I had a couple of hygrometers sitting around and decided to set them in the same area as this dehumidifier. I noticed the dehumidifier is off by about 20. If I set it to 60 it will get the humidity down to around 40%. It doesn't matter what brand model dehumidifier you have I recommend using a seperare hygrometer. I have owned higher end models with the same issue but will say this one is off by way more than any other I have ever owned.

This works great in sucking moisture out of the air. Have a open living room to kitchen thats fair size That had a 68% humidity level put this unit on just the 1st speed and set it 40% within 2 hours it got it down to that 40% and maintain that level all through the night. Within 20 hours it was full and shut itself automatically . Empty it was a breeze. Its fairly quiet but even more quiet when set to the 2nd speed.Couldn't be more pleased with it so far and at a great price.

Good basic dehumidifier. Got it for two reasons--picture showed the bucket had a handle, and the capacity was small enough for an old timer like me to carry and empty. Unfortunately, the picture lied: no handle, so every time I empty it, I inevitably slosh some water out of the bucket. Also, turns out the capacity is too small, and I have to empty the bucket every 8 hours. That is not the dehumidifier's fault; it's mine for not estimating the need correctly. I just placed it in too large a room. As far as collecting moisture, it does a fine job; stops when full; and control panel is self-explanatory. So 4 out of 5 stars seems appropriate.

I don't understand how they are turning a profit. This machine is very well built and it works way better than my previous one which was almost 300$. Definitely the best deal if you are needing to extract gallons of water out of the air. Works very well.

So far so good! This Dehumidifier is quiet and easy to empty. I had it in my bathroom but I felt like this drastically increased the temperature of the room. I moved it to the central part of the home instead, where temperature changes would be better monitored by our thermostat.I have not utilized the separate water line and empty it once in the morning and once in the evening.

Well yes it is quiet like it says, it does not stop when full and if u don’t keep checking it, it will over flow all over the floor. Can’t seem to get the humidity any lower than 60% and I don’t have a very big apartment. I needed this as I have issues breathing when there is a lot of humidity in the air as I have COPD. My apartment is barley 800 sq feet.. so this do better then it does. Save ur money, find a better brand. I have tired trouble shooting it to see if something might have been stuck or anything else. No good!
