This is the second pan I have purchased. I wanted a shallow pan with sides. I needed it to fit the oven in the oven in the house that we rent. The measurements are accurate. I wanted it to bake/roast “sheet pan fajita” recipes and it did work for that, but I think that oven fajitas make the meat too tough and veggies too soft, not the fault of the pan. Now I use them primarily for cubed, seasoned tofu and also vegetables. I want to be able to make both. Tofu needs some room to crisp up. So now I can use one pan for tofu and one for vegetable. I use parchment paper and my food typically has some oil on it. I have also used only Pam spray. I have used the rack in the oven for frozen chicken tenders. My oven has convection and I use that setting when I use two racks.

I have a Cuisinart Convection Oven Air Fryer that I love and have used everyday since I bought it... but the basket that comes with it and the tray... well I bought this looking up the measurements first to make sure it could fit. and it's the best purchase. 1. I can do my favourite air fryer honey garlic wings and my chicken here easy peasy. It is so much easier to clean than the basket ... Simply cook with it then put some soapy water in the tray and place the rack set ... and then voila easy to clean. Truly is also stainless steel. An excellent replacement piece of your basket and tray get all rusted up. Also note these things are not for the dishwasher but the sink.

I wanted stainless steel because I'm so tired of the non-stick surface baking trays. There's no time at all before the non-stick starts coming off, and I hate to think what it puts in your food. I was constantly replacing mine, so it also gets expensive after a while. I was concerned about sticking, but if used correctly, this pan doesn't stick at all. I've used it several times and it cleans nicely (don't use metal utensils, it can scar the nice finish.(The trick to using stainless without sticking is to get it hot enough for a drop of water to dance across it, then apply your oil to a hot pan (and/or rack), then add food. You get to where you know how hot to get your particular oven which will vary, so you won't have to use the water trick each time.)

Excellent on all counts. Fit is perfect ( do measure before ordering).High quality, easy to clean, cooling rack a great idea. Better than the tray it is replacing in a very effective Toshiba.

I have used this stainless steel tray and rack twice, and am very happy with both. Good material, good quality, and look nice enough to use to serve food in. I slow-cooked meat in them both times, and while they are easier to clean than any other pans I have used, they still take some scrubbing, mainly due to the heavy concentration of smoke in the smoker. Letting them soak in hot, soapy water made cleaning much easier. They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash them by hand. The last time I used them, I covered the top of the pan in foil, placed the rack in the pan, the meat in the rack, and then put it in the smoker for about five hours. The foil kept the top of the pan pretty clean and made it much easier to clean the top. Due to the heavy concentration of smoke in the smoker, the bottom of the pan (not foiled) did require more effort to clean. I expected the rack to be the hardest part to clean, but it cleaned up easily. I would buy this again without hesitation.
