It’s very difficult when you buy expensive pans that have removable handles. And then your brother throws two of those pans in the oven and they melt. This company actually works really well. And no, they are not ovenproof nor were the ones that melted in my oven before.

I saw this first in my daughter’s house in UK. It is a great way to avoid clutter storing pits and pans. You can use one removable handle for all of them, therefore saving storage space. This one fits the ingenio line from UK. Very good quality. You can order them on Amazon but some of their products charge a hefty shipping fee while others are free shipping.

Veo muchísimas dudas sobre si sirve o no para la MCC. Y veo gente que dice que si y otros que no, con lo cual generan aún más dudas. Así que lo primero aclarar el tema:Si, funciona en la MCC. Pero con un ligero contratiempo. El reborde del vaso de la MCC es más grande que una olla normal, eso hace que poner y quitar este asa cueste trabajo. Hay que meterla de lado y aún así roza. Se puede poner y quitar sin problemas, pero que sepáis que no es tan sencillo como en una olla normal.Por lo demás el asa es de una calidad muy buena. Solo hay que ver el mecanismo para darse cuenta que la construcción es de primera. La sujeción es perfecta y en ningún momento da la sensación que se pueda soltar.Yo la volvería a comprar para la MCC? No lo sé. Por una parte es muy útil y la calidad buenísima. Por otra no me gusta tener que estar girando y haciendo fuerza para poner y quitar. Lo mejor es que busquéis a ver si encontráis un vídeo de cómo se pone y decidáis.Para el que quiera este producto para sartenes u ollas normales, recomendado sin duda.

The original handles with our (wonderful) Rapid Chef nesting pot set were disintegrating (the springs rusted out) and those handles are NLA. We bought a cheap, Chinese handle and it dropped a pot of spaghetti on the sole :( This handle grabs with authority, won't let go and appears very well made.

The Ingenio range is an excellent idea and works very well in my kitchen. This handle attaches to a range of pans from large frying pans to small saucepans and is typically sold separately. But I would recommend more than one handle if you have lots of the pans. It is fairly easy to attach and detach even when the pan is hot. It feels solid and robust enough and I am happy to carry my large frying pan without worrying about dropping it. Being able to detach the handle makes the pans very easy to stack when not in use. I do wonder how it will fair with use and cycles in the dishwasher. Time will tell.

Ho preso questo accessorio per agevolare l'utilizzo del Moulinex Cuisine Companion.Il problema da risolvere era il fatto che, con le maniglie molto piccole di cui è dotato il robot, era praticamente impossibile "ruotarlo" a pieno carico.Il prodotto si presenta ben costruito e da l'idea di assoluta robustezza. Anche l'attacco, che funziona tramite un tasto posto in alto, appare ben saldo e sicuro. Ha agevolato tantissimo l'utilizzo del robot, rendendo molto più semplice travasare sughi, salse, risotti,...Ho anche provato ad utilizzarlo con alcune pentole che ho in casa e anche lì mi ha stupito per la presa estremamente salda che offre.L'ho anche lavato in lavastoviglie, nonostante non si sporchi molto nell'utilizzo: nessun problema anche lì.E' sicuramente un prodotto consigliatissimo: indispensabile per chi utilizza un robot come il Cuisine Companion, estremamente agevolante per chi usa pentole/padelle sprovviste di un manico lungo
