Out of the 4 purchased 2 of them did not work properly, and by that I mean that the contacts did not conduct. I could probably take them apart and clean the contacts, but that is not acceptable for a brand new relay.

I was using the relay to control 24 V ac low current 5 mA load. The relay contacts oxidized quickly and stopped conducting current. Don’t use this for low current applications.

Swich in my year old soldering gun fried. This happens quite often due to the high ac pulse physics of the transformer. Being the third time in a year decided to convert the soldering gun thus, leaving all the high amp switching to a heavy duty relay. This eliminating the need for that weak switch which seems to fry when ever ya need it the most. I'm happy to report this ac relay worked perfectly to do just that. The base was also a real time saver too wiring it up. I recommend this product for all kinds of projects which require a HQ 10 amp 250 vac relay...
