1. The probe of this instrument is very sensitive. It should wear the PU bag to be protected when not in use.
2. Low power battery should be replaced in real time to ensure accurate detection
3. Take out the battery if it will not be used for a long time.
4. For correct testing, it is recommended that you take a calibration adjustment after annual maintenance.

I found out a ring that was almost $400 on Stauer that was supposed to be Moisenite diamond was a cubic zirconia! The good news earrings and two other rings are real diamonds.

Junk, read known diamonds as Masonite. Bought this to replace my last Tester and knew right out the box it was going back.

I was so confused I have a legitimate diamond and a moissanite diamond and it could not tell the difference between the two

Read instructions very carefully and despite my best efforts I could not get consistent readings between diamonds and moissanites.
