I purchased the largest combination of thread offered to customers. Some colors work really well while others break frequently. I had success with the primary colors of thread from this brand but other colors shred, break, or tatter. I reached out to the seller, and they suggested using a smaller needle head, which I did. This did not fix the issue of thread shredding while embroidering. I eventually counted this purchase as a loss and moved on to a higher quality thread.

I ordered this for sewing masks. Let me start with the grays, the colors are beautiful, very shiny and an assortment of warm and cool grays. The thread works fine but mildly grays or separates. 5 stars for the grays.The black and white are a nightmare. Both spools fray or split constantly. I tried on 2 different machines with a range of tensions, stitch types and stitch length, nothing made a diff and there was no fixing it. 1 star for black and white.The thread is made in China.If you buy this do so for the grays and not the black and white. The number of spools and length are a decent value.
