Running a small shop with a crew that comes and goes like the wind? This little fingerprint timekeeper helped me bring order to the chaos. I set it up near the entrance—no fuss, no mess—and suddenly, everybody had to check in like they meant it. No more scribbled timesheets or “I forgot to clock in” excuses. The fingerprint scan is mad fast. I’m talking under a second, even with fingers fresh off a doughnut. My younger staff love the techy vibes; the older ones took a minute but caught on quick once they realized it cuts down on punch-in drama. I paired it with a PIN backup just in case, and that combo works smooth like butter. We got about 15 folks rotating through the week, and this thing holds up. Nobody’s had an issue with their scan not being recognized, and I haven’t even scratched the surface on max users or prints. Even the USB data export is clean—plug it in, pull the file, done. I didn’t have to call my nephew for tech support once. This thing gave me one less headache to deal with, and in the world of small biz, that’s gold. It’s not flashy, but it earns its spot on the wall every day.

I used to spend my Sundays buried in crumpled timecards and trying to decode if someone really left at 5 or just rounded up. Ever since this slick little fingerprint machine hit the office wall, it’s been tight and tidy around here. The install took me maybe 10 minutes, and half that was finding a decent outlet nearby. Once it’s in, it just works. Folks walk up, tap the sensor, and boom—time logged. The screen’s bright enough to read even when the sun’s shining through the front window, and it shows the date, time, and a friendly “Welcome” like it’s happy to see you clock in.I’ve got a few sneaky ones who’d clock in for their buddies—y’all know the type—but that fingerprint sensor shut that hustle down fast. Ain’t nobody borrowing someone’s thumb. Plus, the PIN backup means no one’s locked out if they got a bandage or something. As a boss juggling way too many hats, I needed something simple and reliable. This thing didn’t just show up—it stepped up. I’m not chasing down missed punches or second-guessing hours anymore.Mmm

I'll be updating this review as I continue to use this product but for now:It's an easy way to track time on task. Whether that's for your small business, the kids' chores, or homeschooling hours. This little device is easy to setup and use and you can use it with a fingerprint reader or a pin code. I have found that after a power outage the fingerprint reader takes a good 3-5 seconds to read and register your print but before that it was pretty instant. Also, when you first put in the code (or fingerprint) is says "OK" but when you do it again it says, "identity verified." Now, if you've forgotten to "clock in" it'll be hard to remember which is your "in" punch and which is your "out" punch. But for a simple way to track time, this works. It works on a 24hr schedule which we did have to setup when we first got it. But even after the power outage everyone's information was still saved, so you only have to do that once. It's a push button navigation so it takes a while to setup a user so the fact that it saves the info is helpful. You can't view the punches unless you hook this up to a USB reader or your computer or something which is how the punches are stored. So, you will need to get the USB reader separately and have it attached at all times. I would not recommend this for large-scaled businesses or users because it just isn't robust enough to handle that. But for smaller operations or personal usage this does a decent job of tracking time.

Originally got this for the replacement for our old Amano PIX55 time clock which is having issue due to inaccurate time over time, anyway; her is the breakdown;Pro; finger print, employee only able to clock in & out themselves, save cost for ribbon, really easy to use, find a location to place this time click; plug in that’s it,Con; 1st off; the factory set up ( I believe ) is set up in a different time zone; 15 hours ahead of west coast; had to set up everything from year, date & time; to start; press the menu; then needs to push a lot of ok & up and down key, also after set each department needs to press tge ESC to exit. My title I wrote; confuse is because I felt the set up was really confusing and also adding employees and reading and getting the report were no fun either,Conclusion; this time clock needs to make a lot of improvements on functions, it will help a lot by cutting the step and time by making it a keyless “ touch key pad” everything would have been simplified, saved cost on the hardware, also can add wireless app etc etc, so the management can read report, make adjustment, download and submit to payroll etc etc. Finger print scanner not able to read sometimes if employees have wet and or oily fingers, we have placed a box of tissue, napkin next to this time clock for them to wipe clean their fingers before placing on the scanner, report are confusing to read.Note; the hardware seems to be durable and good size.I really hope the seller and or manufacturer doesn’t take my review personal and can take my recommendation into consideration, make improvements and can and able to come out with a much better product sometime in the future for the user. and I sincerely wish them all of the best!!!!!
