Whistle with lanyard. While it whistles when you blow, I was disappointed with the loudness. Its pitch is similar to my mom’s tea kettle but not loud enough to use if I fall and need help or if I was being accosted.Small about 2” x pencil diameter Titanium metal color.Nicely constructed. Small enough to carry with you.Wish it was louder. I’m sure no one will hear outside with normal noise or a couple of rooms away.

Easy 5 stars.Pros: Real titanium and very lightweight. Slimline and non-bulky (perfect for keys). Came with lanyard as needed. Customer service was awesome! Great tool for anyones edc.Note: its a highpitched whistle that sounds like a classic train signal whistle. You have to blow a little hard or fast for it to work. Not sure on the range of its sound in the wilderness but I blew it from my city porch and people on the roof of a building across the street heard it xD. Great product especially for the cost.

The description states that these whistles are made from titanium, and while I have no way to test this, I can confirm that they are super lightweight, durable, and scratch resistant. They may not be the loudest whistles, but they will certainly do the job in an emergency. They sound almost like a sharp, high-pitched tea kettle. The whistles are just under 2” long and are .25” wide and would be a good addition to your key ring. A pair of lanyards are included in the package as well.

It's not the loudest whistle around, but it is pure titanium, and that's amazing. It's hypoallergenic, anti-corrosion, can't rust, extremely strong. Love titanium. I got a different whistle that was intended to be very loud and it was essentially 3 of these next to each other--so this is about 33% of the volume of a very loud whistle.

There’s no way one could complain about the pricing, at least at present, for two titanium whistles. I love having titanium EDC gear, and these are ideal if you want a really small whistle. I have much larger ones, but these would never be noticed in a pocket or purse. The lanyards are not great, and seem too large for the small whistles. But for the price, who cares?

Needs to be louder, inside components seems low quality. Great price and for Titanium. Small but very easy to use and carry. They are great for saltwater activities because of the rust resistance, but the inside components seems made of steel. They do the work but in open spaces may be hard to hear from far. Good price for trying them out but wouldn't use for safety.

A nice pair of tiny whistles that produce a good, loud signal. I’ve measured the sound out of each whistle with a sound level meter and both of them produce 130+ dB (somewhere in between a loud rock concert and a jet engine at takeoff). The included lanyards are fine, but I’ll probably opt to use a simple piece of thin cord when wearing a whistle – something that doesn’t include any metal clasps or swivels. These are very nice, super lightweight whistles that are perfect for including in any emergency/survival kit.

I got these to pack in my kids' survival gear, so we could give them a real going over on our next outing. I have not been disappointed. They are super lightweight, and durable for their size. they can fit nicely on a keychain, or just about anywhere in a bag or pocket. They are very functional: easy to use, and the tone is extremely piercing. Coming in at less than $4.00 apiece, they are an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend.
