Used for engineered wood flooring. Great adhesive and no smell at all.

I tongue floated some walnut floor and this glue worked perfectly. It holds good and dries fast enough you can walk it and not worry in a short hour or so, and stayed easily workable for at least 10-15 minutes. It’s only been down a few weeks but I’m confident there will be no issues. Very happy with this glue.

When I bought this, I remember reading a horrible review so was expecting the worst. It was so easy to use, worked great and had no complaints other than there was glue in the packaging after shipping it. Just a little clean up is all.

Received in good condition, good packaging. Glue worked well on our hardwood floors ~1000 sq/ft. Good working time.Note - I found using a bottle ~1/4 or less full was awkward (harder to apply with any consistency) so when I reached this point I would start a new bottle and once there was enough room in the new bottle I would top it off with the ~1/4 full bottle.

I purchased 6 bottle of the titebond tongue and groove for a floating solid oak floor I put in. The room was 225 square feet and the tongue and groove was 3 inches wide. I used a total of 4 bottles. As someone else posted when you get to the bottom of the bottles it becomes pretty thick. I ended up unscrewing the top off of one of the used bottles and turning another almost empty bottle upside down and letting it run down where I was able to squeeze the rest of it into another bottle allowing no waste and no problem in getting the glue out. While I cant say how well the glue works since I just put the floor in so far I am pleased with the product.

I installed about 1000 sq. ft of engineered wood with this stuff. It's pretty thick(like Elmer's glue) and when it gets to the halfway point, it's exhausting to squeeze. A lot of my exhaustion from floor installation came from squeezing this bottle. I ran out of this glue after using 8 bottles. So for the last 50 sq. ft, I ran to my local Home Depot and grabbed the Robert's floor glue and that stuff came out so easily like milk. I don't know what the quality is like in the long run, since I've only had the floors installed for 2 months, but I kind of wish I went with the Robert's glue to begin with. Installing engineered wood floors is exhausting and this glue was a big part of the reason why.

This is a fantastic product. We were installing a floating white oak engineered wood flooring and this product dries VERY quickly and is VERY strong. I had been concerned about gluing as we had only ever installed floors with a nailer but since we were installing over concrete that wasn't an option. I have no doubts about it at all now that we have used it. Again, be aware... it dries VERY quickly. I would strongly advise that you dry lay the floor before gluing. Once the flooring has glue applied and placed you have a VERY limited time to change it's position or remove the board. After about 4 to 5 minutes it would take a crowbar to remove a board. I was impressed with how strong this stuff is. I hope I never have t remove a floor that has this glue applied to it... easier to cut it apart than pull it apart I'm sure. I have no doubt that we made the right choice. We paid slightly more and had to wait a little longer than if we had purchased a glue locally but I feel that it was well worth it.

At first, I only ordered two bottles in order to try and see how it works in comparison to other glues you can get locally. So, this glue is more expensive than any local flooring store sells, but this specific Titebond glue is totally worth the money! My advise is: do not make my mistake. Buy this glue and you will have easier time installing the floor. I have to interrupt my install and wait for a dozen bottles of this awesome glue. This is a specially formulated PVA glue that is liquid enough to spread all around tongue and grooves fast while setting within minutes. With regular imitator glues, you will have issues. Regular cheap glues are either 1) too thick (this makes tapping a plank a nightmare and you will break a bunch of tapping blocks) or 2) too runny (it will be a mess and have to wait for hours for planks to set before you can continue on adding on more rows). This Titebond saved me money, time, and install effort. The only thing I regret is that I did not order a case right a way.
